Speed is the top priority and everyone can get faster. To develop speed, certain qualities have to be developed, so areas such as strength and elasticity are enhanced through training as well.

Jack
Jack developed as a speed coach shortly after playing baseball at Liberty University and North Greenville University. Jack trains athletes across a variety of sports throughout Central Virginia and currently works with local groups such as the Canes Organization, and the William Monroe Football team.
